Donations are now being accepted for this year’s shop with a cop.
In case you’re not familiar with the program, shop with a cop provides underprivileged children in the community with clothing and toys.
Vincennes Police Officer Steve Chesser says that they plan to help around 200 kids this year and spend around $175.00 on each child.
Donations to shop with a cop can either be dropped off or mailed to the Vincennes Police Department located at 501 Busseron Street in Vincennes.
Shop with a Cop will be held on Tuesday, December 12th. The cops will escort the children to Wal-Mart and then take them out for lunch.
