One Injured in Crash on Highway 41 in Vincennes

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A crash involving three semis in Vincennes Monday morning left one person with injuries.

The crash happened on Highway 41 near the Willow Street overpass shortly after 10 a.m.

Knox County Sheriff Doug Vantlin tells We Are Knox County that a car suffered a blown tire, prompting traffic to change lanes.

According to Sheriff Vantlin, three semis were traveling behind one another when traffic began to slow.

The first two semis were able to stop, but the third was unable to stop in time, causing a chain-reaction crash involving all three trucks.

Sheriff Vantlin says one person sustained minor injuries in the crash.
