Deputies Find Wanted Man Hiding Under Mattress in Oaktown

OAKTOWN, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Two people are in custody after the Knox County Sheriff's Office received a tip about the location of a wanted man.
Deputies say they were tipped off that 37-year-old Dustin Biehl was at a home on Snapp Street in Oaktown.
When deputies arrived at the home on Friday morning, 31-year-old Whitney Yarber was at the residence and told them Biehl was not there.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies suspected Yarber was being untruthful and obtained a search warrant around 8:30am.
After deputies entered the home, Yarber told them Biehl was hiding in the bedroom.
Deputies say they found Biehl lying “spread eagle” under a mattress.
Both Biehl and Yarber were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.
Biehl was booked on a warrant for burglary and criminal trespass.
Yarber was booked on a charge of assisting a criminal.
Biehl remains in the Knox County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Yarber also remains in jail with bond set at $5,000.
