Crash Involving School Bus Sends Two to Hospital

BRUCEVILLE, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - First responders were called to a crash involving a school bus on Monday afternoon.
The collision happened around 3:30p.m. at the intersection of Highway 41 and Jones Pit Road, northwest of Bruceville.
That is next to the Big Peach.
According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, a North Knox School Corporation bus was crossing from Pierce Road to Jones Pit Road when it was struck by a southbound Jeep Wrangler.
The driver and passenger of the jeep were taken to the hospital with what deputies say were minor injuries.
The bus was carrying 29 students and the driver.
Deputies said only one student reported pain.
No additional details have been released.
