VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - The wait for Aldi to open in Vincennes is almost over.
According to an announcement on Aldi’s website, shoppers can get a sneak peek of the new store starting Tuesday, May 20.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, at 8:30am.
The first 100 customers through the doors on opening day will receive a Golden Ticket—worth up to $100—and a bag filled with Aldi goodies.
All opening-day shoppers will also receive a free shopping tote and can enter a drawing for a chance to win a $500 Aldi gift card.
Construction on the store began last August.
It is located next to Marshall’s at 220 Kimmell Road in Vincennes.
