Several Railroad Crossings to Temporarily Close in Vincennes

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Several railroad crossings in Vincennes will temporarily close over the next two weeks.

According to the city of Vincennes, CSX will be replacing rails.

City officials say the crossings at 10th Street, 11th and Scott, and Hart Street will close on October 14.

That work is expected to take about four days.

Then, the crossings on Busseron Street and 13th Street will close on October 20.

A timeline for that project is unknown.

City officials say that the dates and times are subject to change.
