Phone Outage Affects Several Vincennes City Offices

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Some city offices in Vincennes are experiencing a phone outage.
The Vincennes Mayor’s Office confirmed the issue on Facebook just after 9:00 Monday morning and said a technician is working to resolve it.
Residents needing assistance from city offices during the outage can email info@vincennes.in.gov.
The Vincennes Police Department is also affected.
The department says anyone needing to speak with an officer or file a police report should contact Knox County Central Dispatch at 812-882-1502.
The Vincennes Animal shelter also shared it is affected by the outage.
A cause for the outage and a timeline for repairs have not yet been announced.
