Left Turn Troubles at Hart & Kimmell in Vincennes to be Fixed

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A traffic light issue at a busy Vincennes intersection is set to be fixed soon.

According to the Mayor’s Office, the left-turn signal from Hart Street onto Kimmell Road has been malfunctioning — giving drivers only a few seconds of green arrow before switching back to red.

The issue has been identified and is expected to be resolved first thing Tuesday morning.

WAKC News Now visited the intersection Monday night and observed the turn light staying green for less than 10 seconds before turning red.

City officials are urging drivers to use extra caution while traveling through the area until repairs are complete.
