INDOT Announces Lane Closures on State Road 441 in Vincennes

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Lane closures will impact drivers traveling on State Road 441 in Vincennes.

The Indiana Department of Transportation announced Monday that nighttime lane closures will take place on State Road 441 between Niblack Road and Ramsey Road.

The closures will allow crews to complete concrete patching work.

According to INDOT, the closures will be in place from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and are expected to last about two weeks, weather permitting.

The lane closures are part of the State Road 441 project that began earlier this spring.

State Road 441 runs from Willow Street from Ramsey Road to 6th Street, 6th Street from Willow to Vigo, and Vigo Street from 6th to the Memorial Bridge.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of October.
