VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - The Vincennes Animal Shelter is hosting a free vaccine clinic for dogs and cats later this month.
It’s a chance for Vincennes residents who may be struggling financially to get their pets caught up on important vaccinations.
For dogs, DAPP, Bordetella (kennel cough), and rabies vaccines will be available.
For cats, FVRV-FCV-FPV and rabies vaccines will be offered.
All vaccines will be provided while supplies last.
Microchipping will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To qualify, residents must bring a photo ID with a Vincennes city address and proof of public assistance or financial need.
The clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 25, and Thursday, June 26, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Vincennes Animal Shelter, located at 1128 River Road.
Doors open at 2 p.m. for registration.
