Groundwork Begins for Bierhaus Flats in Vincennes

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Dirt work is underway in preparation for a new apartment complex in Vincennes.
Contractors have been getting the site ready ahead of the official groundbreaking for Bierhaus Flats.
The complex will be built on Bierhaus Boulevard, just up the road from Kohl’s.
Mayor Joe Yochum told WAKC News Now the three-story complex will include 240 apartments.
Rent for the apartment will be based on market rates.
A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Monday, June 16 at 10 a.m.
