Good Samaritan Marks First Birth of 2026

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A Knox County family spent the weekend celebrating the arrival of their newborn, the first baby born at Good Samaritan in 2026.

According to a press release from the hospital, Johanna Vanessa was born at 7:08 a.m. on Thursday, January 1.

She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 21 inches long.

Johanna’s parents are Brian Berry and Tadala Mukula-Berry of Vincennes.

Johanna is welcomed home by two older brothers and an older sister.
