First City Sunrise in Need of Shelter Supplies

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A Vincennes non-profit is asking for the community’s help.

First City Sunrise, which provides temporary housing and support services to those experiencing homelessness, says its running low on essential household supplies.

In a Facebook post, the organization listed the following items are needed at the shelter:

• Lysol or disinfectant spray

• Laundry detergent

• Toilet paper

• Paper towels

• Mop solution

• Wash rags

• Towels

These supplies are used to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for residents.
