Emergency Pipe Replacement to Close State Road 159 in Freelandville

FREELANDVILLE, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - State Road 159 in Freelandville will close to drivers starting Tuesday.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says an emergency pipe replacement project prompted the closure.
INDOT crews discovered a failed pipe and a sinkhole near the intersection of State Road 159 and State Road 58.
It is expected to take about three days to replace the pipe and repair the road.
Drivers are encouraged to use State Road 58 and State Road 67 as a detour.
