Early Voting Continues in Knox County



KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Early voting is underway in Knox County.


According to Knox County Clerk David Shelton, more than 3,500 registered voters have already voted early in person.


Additionally, 500 absentee ballots have been received by mail, with 300 still outstanding.


Those interested in early voting can do so on Saturday, October 26, and Saturday, November 2, from 8:00am until 3:00pm at the following locations:

  • Sally Port at the Old Work Release: 135 North 8th Street in Vincennes

  • Bicknell Firehouse: 210 East 1st Street in Bicknell

  • Blue Jean Community Center: 1242 Main Street in Monroe City


Weekday early voting will continue at the Sally Port in the Old Work Release building in Vincennes from 8:00am until 4:00pm.


The last chance to cast an early vote is Monday, November 4, from 8:00am until 12:00pm.


The polls will be open on Tuesday, November 5 from 6:00am until 6:00pm.
