Early Voting Begins for May Primary Election

KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Early voting is now underway in Knox County.
Voters can cast an early ballot at the Old Work Release Building, located at 135 North 8th Street in Vincennes, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Additional early voting hours will be offered on Saturday, April 25, and Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at three locations: the Old Work Release Building, the Bicknell Fire Station (210 East 1st Street; Bicknell), and the Blue Jeans Center in Monroe City (1242 Main Street; Monroe City).
Individuals must be registered to vote and present a valid photo ID.
Knox County Clerk David Shelton told WAKC News Now that more than 60 voters cast ballots on the first day of early voting.
The final opportunity to vote early will be Monday, May 4, from 8 a.m. until noon.
