A bridge on a busy road in northern Knox County will temporarily close at the end of the month.
According to Knox County Commissioner Kellie Streeter, some work will be done to the bridge over Tilley Ditch on State Road 159 between Water Works Road and Tilly Road near North Knox High School in Bicknell.
INDOT plans to begin work on May 31, 2022, to avoid impacts to school traffic.
The closure is expected to last around 65 days.
An official detour route has not yet been announced.
