Authorities are continuing to investigate a crash that injured a Vincennes man and claimed the lives of a Freelandville couple.
The crash happened Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 on State Road 159 just north of Bicknell.
According to the Indiana State Police, 71 year old John B. Buck of Freelandville was driving northbound on State Road 159 approximately 1/2 mile north of Brocksmith Road when a vehicle that was being driven southbound by 27 year old Joshua A. Roark of Vincennes drove left of the center and collided head on into Buck's vehicle.
John Buck and his wife, 71 year old Rita A. Buck, were both pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Roark was airlifted to St. Vincent hospital in Evansville where he is being treated for serious injuries.
