Due to the weather, the road closure will now take place starting at 6:00pm Wednesday night until 6:00am Thursday morning.
ORIGINAL STORY:
6th Street between Vigo Street and Main Street in Vincennes will be temporarily closing Tuesday night at 6:00pm.
The reason for the closure is to allow Vectren crews to replace valves in conjunction with the Bare Steel Pipe Replacement Program.
The closure is expected to last until 6:00am Wednesday morning.
