> EVENTS POLICY

  • Events for non-profits, fundraiser/charitable events, special church/religious events, school festivals, free events etc... are accepted. We do not accept for profit/business promotion events.

  • We WILL accept a general town wide yard sale listing from the event organizer. We WILL NOT accept private, individual garage sale or yard sale listings. 

  • Events should be open to the general public and held at a public venue - private residences cannot be accepted. 

  • Listings must include: ​

    • Details about the event

    • Event price or ticket information. If there is no charge for your event, please let us know.

    • The date(s), time(s) and location with street address. 

    • A contact phone number and email address. 

  • Listings must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of event date, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your listing will be added to our website.

All submitted events are subject to review by We Are Knox County.

 

We Are Knox County reserves the right to refuse or take down an event without warning and/or explanation.
