Knox County now has 87 total diagnosed cases of COVID-19 with 18 patients currently quarantined.
Among those patients, two are hospitalized with one patient remaining in the ICU. A third patient remains in rehab.
Dr. Alan Stewart says there is evidence of Community Spread as well as spread among some healthcare workers. Dr. Stewart also believes some cases are originating vacations and travel.
Dr. Stewart is continues to urge residents to practice social distancing and wear face masks.
